There's no android app to recover deleted files from SD card. You will need to do it on computer.
To recover deleted pictures from SD card, you’ll firstly stop using the SD card so as to prevent the new files from taking up the blank area the lost file left. There are many recovery programs on the Internet, the one I use before is SD card Recovery

you cannot recover your photos directly from mobile phone, but you can use desktop application (just connect phone to your computer via USB cable)
