Why is it all the worthless Apple haters are drawn to Apple stories? Did you bother reading it before you spouted drivel? The author was pretty critical of moves Apple is making and pointing out the flaws in the plan. Go, get a life and let the grown ups talk.

Don't get too crazy on mylove4life or she might hit you with the almighty CAPS! Nice use of grammar in your first comment too. When will they quit allowing kids under the age of 13 to post in the comments section?

This would be a great angle if TWJ wasn't a 50/50 shot in being right. Maps makes sense. Why would Google continue to enhance their app on a competitor software, makes sense that they would make a better map that works with iOS. I'll use it because there's not much on my phone that Google maps matters. Developers will bite simply because it will most likely be easier to integrate.

However trying to go head to head with Facebook will simply be a failure. They know this and I think the Journal is waaaaay off on that one. We'll soon shall see!

Agree on google maps and iOS is already getting short shrift from it when compared to Android. Why keep funding your competition? Google makes more money from Apple than from Android.

The comment about Droid working better is perhaps the funniest thing I've read in a while. Hell they can't even draw in any of the competent developers because they'd have to write apps for 15 different operating systems. Honeycomb, Gingerbread, Ice Cream Suckwich. This article is regarding a product a bit too advanced for you love4life. Go troll on android playground forums with the rest of the kids.
