From the Microsoft team that brought you Courier comes a brand new drawing app for the iPad called Paper by FiftyThree.
The simple and elegant drawing app is free to download, with additional tools and utensils available for in-app purchases at $1.99 each. As reported by The Verge, drawing tools are labeled by utility rather than their “conventional names.”
For instance:
Write = ballpoint
Sketch = Pencil
Outline = Marker
Color = Watercolor Paintbrush

Form over function. Once you get past how pretty it is you quickly realize there are much better drawing apps out there that don't nickel and dime you for every tool you want in the app. This is just an exercise in UI design with no real solution to any problem.
