User base is too young for me

I find social searches to be highly useful for real-world responses and advice from people who are actually interested in helping the questioner. A google search will bring static answers to questions that may or may not reflect your exact needs, but a social search engine brings immediate responses and can allow back-and-forth discussion to further refine the question or to request clarification of answers.
This app works along the same lines as Metafilter.com: ask ordinary people for information or advice about myriad subjects. Metafilter has a more sophisticated userbase, however- likely due to its $3 signup fee and serious moderation. Aardvark attracts anyone, and therefore questions range from the immature and inane to more thoughtful ones. Because anyone can answer questions, responses may range from useless to helpful, immature to informative.
I like the social networking concept, but the user base for Aardvark is a bit narrow right now, and not sophisticated enough for my needs. It may be fine (and fun) for yours.
