*note: I own the old version of 1Password, I am not sure if this is still available! The new version is different, it won't sync with the Mac version.
1Password is a great little helper to organize all your passwords and important notes. All you have to remember is one password to access the app. On the iPhone you will have to set a 4-digit passcode to gain access, but to actually get access to the passwords and usernames, if applicable, you will also have to enter your chosen password for the app.
The app is universal and runs on iPad and iPhone with an interface specifically designed for each device. There is a separate app for your Mac if you desire. The version I have can sync everything from the Mac to your devices if all the apps are open and the devices have a WiFi connection. The new version apparently can't do this any longer, but the developers are allegedly working on it.
From within the app (iPhone, iPad and Mac) you can access a secure browser or browser tab where the app will automatically fill in your info to log in so you don't have to copy everything by hand into the respective fields.
After a few minutes of inactivity in the program you will have to re-enter the password to regain access. If you copy a password by hand, the password will only be available in the clipboard for 30 seconds or something, so you don't have to worry someone else will get a hold of your password from the clipboard if you are away from your computer.
Overall it is a really neat app that solves the wild chaos of endless passwords and usernames.
