I'm sorry but this is possibly the buggiest app that I use on a daily basis. If there were any viable alternatives I would stop using this POS immediately. People love this because everyone uses it and they don't know anything else, but I guarantee if facebook was like twitter and had options for clients, this one would be ranked the lowest. I give it a 3 only because it has gotten better from previous versions so there's hope that things will improve.
This is a great app for connecting to your Facebook peeps, and allows you to do a lot of the stuff you can do in the regular webpage also, which is pretty amazing.
This app is very useful. It' a simple way of checking what's happening on facebook and conversing on the move.

The latest update to the facebook app for iPhone included a lot of wants & needs among me and my friends, especially the ability to view events. Navigation is a lot more intuitive now, and tagging/commenting is easier. I definitely facebook more than I used to now!
A revolution of a version jump. It's possible I like the FB iPhone app more than the web interface now. Really extremely well executed.
Now you really can have Facebook on your iPhone. Great improvements over the previous versions.
The update crashed the first few times I tried to run. I'm really glad it stopped crashing. This new version of the Facebook application is fantastic. it is faster, easier to use and much more polished. It's a real delight.
The Facebook app was previously just OK. I'm cautiously optimistic about the recent update. The look is much cleaner and already it seems to be updating statuses better. I like that everything is displayed at once rather than having to view photos and status updates separately.
Version 3.0 is what I've been waiting for for months from Facebook. Customizable news feed, ability to upload video, comment. The team got it right... Now all we need is push notifications and we are set!
When I'm on the bus or the el, I find myself addicted to this app. While it's prolly because I'm a big fan of the site and hate to read Red Eye, I'm impressed with the mobile convenience and capabilities here.
This app seems out of sync with reality since the FB web page redesign. The "News Feed" is in some weird semi-chronological order.
The Facebook app needs to include access to groups and events. Until then it isn't worthy of being considered an app for social networking.
