This is my first choice when I want to quickly edit a picture.
The cut and crop is very easily done. It is very easy to use and save edited photos
I heard a lot of buzz about the photoshop app (PS Mobile) and I have that too. It's really nice - no doubt - but with the iPhone now MMS enabled, you can use the Photogene app to mod a pic, add maybe a cartoon-esque speaking bubble with text, and merely copy it to your clip board to paste into an MMS. This is merely one of many more options you have with Photogene than other photo apps I've used. I think it was 2.99 when I got it, and it's well worth it.
