EveryBlock uses your phone's GPS to pinpoint related nearby crime reports, entertainment options, news stories from local sources and even real-estate listings. I'm nosy and like knowing what's happening in my neighborhood - especially if it's a neighborhood I'm thinking about moving to! Very helpful!
