Better then a phone call

Why try to get though on the phone when this app does a better job in setting up a reservation. Very easy to use, and even helps you uncover options you didn't know about. The filters make it really easy to narrow down to the type (including price range) of dinning you are interested in. Linking into Maps is also appreciated so you can confirm an exact location of someplace you have not been before. Do wish all would supply their menu, but for those that do upload - that is a great help as well.

this is our most used app on our phones- we use it locally and while traveling for pleasure or business- the ratings are dead on- the only problem is restaurants that aren't on it and usually we dont frequent those establishments

nothing particularly special, but sometimes that's just what is needed. it does what you would want it to do and expect it to do.

I like this app when traveling, but once you use it, understand that restaurants come and go, and sometimes just aren't there!

I do wish someone would come up with something a little more universal for this sort of business-finder, and really get some depth for penetration into the business owner's minds.

I guess this will come with time and portable device usage.

I love the service, I love the website, and I love the iPhone app.

The app is fully functional -- search by location, price, date, time, everything. It even gives you the option to search only 1,000 point tables and who doesn't love those?

If you go out to eat AT ALL, there's no reason you shouldn't use OpenTable, on your iPhone or on your computer.

I've used OpenTable's services online from companies while working as a contractor since 2007. It's handy and seems to work well. The iPhone app seems to work well. No big surprises or innovations. A simple, reliable tool for booking a table at a restaurant. Of course, the places in the system are mostly more established and pricier. You can earn Open Table Points for booking certain restaurants. Over all, a solid experience.
