I knew it was going to be a bad day when I spilled coffee all over my new white shirt. But to make matters worse, the Gypsy app served up “The Hanged Man” card. Translation: “Everything just stands still…You will never see things the same.”

Well, I won't look at my white shirt in the same way.

If you read your daily horoscope, you’ll love getting a daily forecast card with Gypsy. It’s a simple app, asking only that you spend a few moments concentrating before using your left hand to select your card for the day. Why the left hand? I don't know.

The next day I chose “The Empress” card with the right hand. I had a much better day than when I choose “The Hanged Man” card.

The lesson: Take gypsy magic with a grain of salt.
