I do coaching for a living and wanted a tool to take notes on with my iPad. After losing two sessions I stopped using this tool. The founder is dedicated to fixing anything and my experience with him has been very positive. But in this case my feeling was he was not sure what would cause the glitch that showed up. So use with cautions and low risk situations until you are comfortable with the quality.
