I downloaded this while stuck on a vacation, in the rain, during a huge Nor'Easter. The graphics are nice, UI easy enough to use, nice animations. They try to get you to buy more question packs through in-app purchases, but I was able to play for quite a while before I started noticing the same questions coming up again. And, lately, it seems like they are downloading new questions automatically when you start the app, so, that might extend its life on my device! One other issue is that they somehow managed to deactivate the 1X/2X button that allows you to enlarge the screen to fill the iPad's screen. So, even on an iPad, you have to play on this tiny board.

Easy to use. You just type in the name of your favorite musical artist and it creates a 'station' for that artist, then starts streaming their music mixed in with 'similar' (as defined by their algorithm) music. Works pretty great for the most part. The FREE version has popup ads which cover most of the screen and obscure the good stuff, but, that's how they pay the bills. It has a few quirks, like if you let it stream long enough, it runs out of similar music to play, so, it starts feeding you random songs by other artists that you have in your music library, even if they are not similar to the artist on the selected station. Also, forcing you to select an artist is restrictive... I'd like to be able to pick a genre - say 'Classical Guitar' or 'a capella' or 'Bossa Nova' and get all artists in that genre. Really good, but not quite perfect.

This is another great app from one of my favorite developers. It has a very simple, uncluttered UI, easy to navigate. It is basically a six day process for learning how to unlearn your destructive habitual behaviors. Each lesson comes with text and audio to walk you through the entire process, and help you pace your steps. You would have to pay big bucks to get this kind of counseling ITRW.

It looks pretty cool, nice UI design, nice buttons, pretty easy to navigate. The free version only has the standard GCEA tuning, but the paid version has alternate tunings. But, it is pretty cool, you just click the tuning peg for a string and it plucks that note, so you can tune your Uke! They also have a feature where you select a chord and you can page down through alternate fingerings. They have a metronome, which is kind of worthless, as there is no quick way to switch between chords. It would be nice if they would let you save chords to a particular song, then let you tap on buttons to switch between chords as you strum... still, pretty great for FREE!

The user interface is pretty nice, and they've got a pretty good selection of old classic TV. When I first got it, I was able to watch a few episodes of an old detective show. However, recently (perhaps after updating), about 30 seconds into the video, the screen blanks out. You can hear the audio, but no picture...

I have used (and own) many of the available financial calculators on the market. I recommend this "Smart Loan Calculator" which is professionally designed and developed. There are many more amazing features included which are not described. It could show a missed payment, an extra payment, additional payments, and then see how they alter your loan. Its a great way to try and pay off your loan or mortgage early. You can add in a few extra dollars a month and see how much earlier you will pay it off. Remaining Loan and Payoff Date are both tracked so you can monitor where you are.

This app is very useful! You should login with a username (e-mail address) so that you can save the lists the students create. It can be a fake e-mail (ex. name@gmail.com), you just can't actually e-mail the results off of the device via the app when you set up your account this way. Make sure kids know to hit "Save" button after entering the text and recording the audio. If they don't they will just keep writing over the previous word with the new word.

Can't wait for their next app!

The app allows you to build your character if you are a table top game lover. Great graphics and user experience on my iphone 4. I think they're working on a Map Creator for iPad too. Can't wait!

This is the way radio should be and on top of that is has an alarm clock that triggers the radio. Very simple once you understand the interface, no menus everything is one touch!
