OK, I'm going to admit right off the bat that I haven't really played this game much. Something about registering my email and the feel of the game just seems cluttered and annoying.

Don't get me wrong, the graphics are cute and apparently this thing is popular but maybe I'm simply the wrong demographic as I suspect it's popular with the under 25 crowd.

If you don't mind a fairly cluttered screen, like to give virtual gifts and like registering with an app then go for it. If you're looking for a fun game to play right now you might want to skip this one.

loved this app at first now it seems like since all the new updates it runs sooo slow. and the locator doesnt seem to work soo well i can be at a place that i check in and it shows me miles away.

There are two types of people....people who believe in virtual gifts, and people who don't. I'm in that "don't" pile. This app has a perfectly fine premise, it's actually pretty engaging...a bit like a monopoly version of foursquare where you can own places and receive rent on them based on visits and use that money to buy other places and get neat godzilla themes and such. But really, it's just more than I want to get out of a location-based networking app and the cartoony graphics just don't speak to me. I gave this app a good fair shake, and I know it has a fan base, but I can't be counted among them.

I was excited to try this app, but I found it doesn't work in Canada.
