Always a good laugh

I love this app because it has the inherent ability to always make me smile. It takes my horrible voice and instantly can make me sound like the next Ke$ha superstar. It really is one of the most entertaining apps I've ever played around with. I enjoy making songs for my friends or co-workers that just crack them up every single time. It has the ability to keep me occupied for long periods of time, but that also might be because I'm just easily distracted. Whatever the case, it's a great app that's fun to use and keeps you entertained!

But Why

There are a ton of apps out there that fall into the category of "interesting but why?" This is definitely one of them. Basically you record your voice and the app plays it over a song of your choosing. You can purchase other songs from within the app. BUT WHY? I guess I'm just not the demographic for this app but when I ask the "what problem is this app solving" or "who is this app serving" question I just don't get a decent answer. Perhaps this sounds cool to you and if so, give it a go. For me it's just not worth the space on my phone.

Songify is a fun, easy-to-use app that lets users create original songs without the benefit of any actual singing talent. Users select from a library of song styles (expandable via in-app purchase), speak the lyrics to their song, and Songify creates an original tune. Songs can be shared via Facebook.
