If you're new to working out or just looking to add some variety to your already scheduled programming this app may be for you.
The app comes with four choices, get lean (cardio drills to slim down), get toned (weights to add definition), get strong (weights to build strength) and get focused (15 minute workouts that target specific areas). In general the workouts are good, with exercises you can do with minimal accessories, aka at home with just some hand weights.
All this said, if you've read up on working out, already have a plan or ever gone to a personal trainer this app might be a bit too simple for you. It's a good reminder of new exercises and ones you might have forgotten though so give it a try. It is free after all!
