This app is great. Easy to use. Built in UTube video shows how to select and record food. I have never been one to worry about Calories but since using it I am cutting back on serving sizes and its more of a competition who wins. The Calories or me. Plus you burn off calories by recording the exercise you do. A goal chart automatically charts your progress. The Analysis lets you know how many calories you have left for the day. Also keep track on how many glasses of water you have had. I feel like I am in control of my eating and exercising.
