A power of suggestion thing

I have been a "pzizzer" for a few years now, using the desktop version to create sessions for my iPod. For me, this was what the doctor ordered for a relaxing night's sleep. No pills, just pzizz!

I was happy to see that the developer decided to create an iPhone version of ths great binaural soundtrack. It is BEST used with headphones. If you have a problem falling asleep with headphones, then don't use this app! The Aurora setting works best for me to relax both hemispheres of the brain. If you are resistant to the power of suggestion (for a good night's sleep), then avoid this app.

In my opinion, the only downside is the price. Thankfully, I got it at the introductory price of $2.99. Now it costs $9.99! Ouch!
