This game is great! I play it all the time. I wish there was a way to play with other people online, but otherwise it's extremely addicting.
I've played Civ on many platforms, this reminds me of the Xbox 360 version slimmed down. Great game, I always get into the building/expanding vs. taking over your nieghbors conflict. It's a turn based game, so if you don't like that type of game don't waste your money on the big price tag on this one... though if you like Sid Meier type games, this is a must have. The game does take a long time as well, so don't buy this expecting to play for 5 minutes at a time. It's also kind of hard to stop and pick up again since you tend to have a lot of strategies going on at one time.
This is a great rendition of the genre of Civilization games. The controls are easy to use, and the game has enough depth to keep you occupied for hours.
This is essentially just a very good port of a great game. If you're a civilization fan, this is perfect for you. And even if you've never heard of civilization before, give it a try. This game will keep you playing for hours.
