There are spark in your Pet... by quadephilip
Now here is your Pets War. It is so nice at the beginning because of the clear game plots and loveliness of characters (all catties and doggies are cute). While it is a pity that you do not remain this amiable feeling through out the whole game. You know what I am talking about right? Like the shadow wolves, The Headless Horseman (I do not know what you call it), the Taurens and the rogues. I know it makes the gaming rhythm much tenser, BUT I strongly recommend you portray them more child-friendly. Learn it from PVZ, and Angry Birds. There are also sparks in your Pets War! Shar Pei and Chain Smoker Cat in this game create aura effect to motivate doggy and catty’s attack. I think it is better idea than Touchwood. And the biggest improvement from PVZ to Pets War is the Magic power. This element makes a TD game more exciting and competitive. As an originally a PC (and Mac) game, PVZ has already told the whole story on the computer. So when it is cloned to iPhone iTouch, there is no need to add on Zen Garden, Wisdom Tree, Zombatar, or repeat the whole story again. (In fact it hardly find anything news when PVZ moves to mobile) So, I strongly advise you discover more story behind all the characters in Pets War. I know you have made the step. For example, Glimmer Frog, who ate 2,011 fireflies and now it is glowing too. Beer Duck also has a funny story, villagers used to call him drunkard, but no one believes he was one of glory TEX Rangers. But we need MORE! Graphics, Control, in-game Music, Gameplay: If all 18 background scenes are All-hand-drawn, I wonder it will take at least half a year to get this project done. (Please tell us how long you have been working on this? Hope this is not a secret). Game control is stable and flexible. And the in-game music is outstanding! Since I can enjoy the smooth PVZ music on PC (Composed by Laura Shigihara, it’s CLASSIC), but it is not that comfortable to keep the same limpid rhythm on mobile. While your Pets War can just offer several fast-paced gaming hours. Gameplay can even with PVZ, and anyway the Pets War takes on the continuity of a complete story.
