I used to love this game back when I played video games because it was action packed and it made you think before you acted so that you could get the very most out of every move. Now that I have it in a portable fashion I can't put a cease to my playing.
This is great, there are a few problems, slight glitches etc, slight slowdowns, but then, there generally always were with most versions of Worms.
Its also huge, so don't attempt to download over WiFi.
Worms has some pretty cool graphics and sound effects, and even has some good particle effects from all the different weapons it offers. It has some interesting options for game play as well... but for some reason it just isnt a fun game!! how do you have all the elements of a good game but it isnt fun? Im not sure, but I guess people that have played the original version on the PC may find more worth in the iPhone version, but for me it was just exhausting trying to figure out how to play.. No one really wants to sift through a ton of instruction pages to learn what to do.. and even after I figured out how to play, I still couldn't manage to have any fun...
so, if your looking for a fun little game to pass the time, Pass on Worms, but if you want an in-depth throwing game with a ton of options and features (and have time to read an entire instruction manual) then Worms is the game for you!
