Notes App with Hashtags

I love a good note-taking app, and this is another one of those. What sets this apart from the rest (that I know of), is the ability to so easily add tags to your notes. Hashtag a word in a note like #blog or #art or #music or #calendar and now you've just saved this note to a tag, that you can later search and keep organized. Great idea. Also, syncs with the Desktop app and web app, so... #bonus!
