Voicethread and Voicethread for Education have been hugely popular online tools for creating digital stories for years now. The new VoiceThread app is an impressive leap forward in terms of ease-of-use. Users simply add images, either from the image library or by taking pictures with the built-in camera. They then add narration or text comments to images. The resulting story is saved to the user's online VoiceThread account, where it can be shared via link, embedded, or downloaded, and where visitors can add text, voice, or webcam comments.
