jessicadally says: If you've just learned that you have a gluten sensitivity you don't just need information on what you can and can't eat or what restaurants might be able to serve you, you want information too. Here's a few apps for that.
jessicadally's picks
  1. Delight Gluten-Free Magazine
Delight Gluten-Free Magazine Well I had hoped to really poke around on this app and was even willing to pay for an issue of the magazine. Unfortunately the app fails here so I couldn't. First the Spring issue, while offered in the app, isn't actually available. OK, not a huge deal... I'll take the fall app. Nope, no I won't. Not only does it want me to enter my address (annoying!) but it won't actually allow me to choose my state or allow me to get past the screen without choosing a state. The preview told me that I maybe don't want to get the issue anyway as the image quality is sub par. Is it better when you pay for it? Who knows.
  2. Gluten Free Daily
Gluten Free Daily Yet another fail. I don't already have an account so yes, please sign me up for free trial. Oh, wait, you're going to take me to a website that isn't optimized for mobile use that has words printed over other words and expect me to find out how to sign up by poking all over this poorly laid out (for mobile) site? Nevermind.
  3. Gluten Free News
Gluten Free News The best choice of the three. No registration required, no information taken... just news, right there, right when you open the app.

Hi Jessica,

We're sorry you're having technical difficulties with Delight's App. We just checked and all of our issues are available for purchase and are downloading just fine. We've had 87 purchases in the last 24 hours, so I'm hoping this is a problem on your end that can easily be resolved with our help. We also wish you had taken the time to let us know before posting on a forum like this. We take customer service very seriously and reply to all questions within 24 hours. All of the images in our app are high-res quality, so i'm not sure why they showed up low-res on your device? perhaps a slow internet connection? If you continue having problems, please contact us at info@delightglutenfree.com.
