jessicadally's picks
  1. Allergy Free Entertaining (LITE)
Allergy Free Entertaining (LITE) I love that this app allows you to put in multiple different food allergies. Gluten Free· Wheat Free· Dairy Free· Soy Free· Egg Free· Nut Free· Low Sugar· Vegetarian· Vegan, all are covered with this app. While it's great for entertaining it's also awesome for people who are just getting used to their new food intolerance. If you like the free app you can upgrade to the paid version.
  2. Allergy Journal
Allergy Journal Do you suspect you might have a food allergy or intolerance but don't want to spend the money on testing? With this app you can track suspicious foods to see when you're reacting to something. A great app for figuring out any allergies and it's free.
  3. Allergy Guard Lite
Allergy Guard Lite This free version let's you look up ingredients to test for your specific food allergies. Great for those new to food issues.
  4. ScanAvert: Detection and alarm against ingredient harm
ScanAvert: Detection and alarm against ingredient harm Great app but be warned that it is a paid app after your first month free trial.

I tried to download Allergy Journal and it said the app wasn't available in US store. Any advice on how I can get it?

Also, check out Noshed It, a new free app that was released this weekend. Noshed It helps people with dietary restrictions (food allergy, gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian) share their dining successes and failures easily. The more people share, the bigger the resource when it comes time to look for dishes you can eat. See or for more info.
