it's about education and developing the muscle-memory to utilize these features without thinking. I'm very close to releasing a free eBook (that can be added to the iPad iBooks app) -- it has more than 50 important productivity tips and processes for managers and executives. And I've found some ways to help iPad users develop this muscle-memory faster.

Yes, a really great list. I'll check those apps out. I have 2 out of 5 and those other 3 sound great!
Great List!
Evernote and Dragon are key productivity solutions for me. Also, there's a good Twitter account called EverNews (http://twitter.com/EverNews) in case you need to stay up to speed on news and new use cases for Evernote. I have seen Evernote crash sometimes BTW.
At iPadCTO I've been trying to zero in on the likely apps that will help business people get more done while away from their desktops, and my research is starting to suggest that the pathway to greater productivity with iPad is partly based on your degree of knowledge concerning the hidden features of this new device.
For example, few people know that iTunes has a built-in file sharing feature for apps that support the syncing of documents to and from iPad. Until I started this research, I didn't know that you can drag the shift key over any character to create a capitalized letter without tapping the shift key and tapping the letter. Only a handful of iPad owners know that a double tap of the space bar inserts a period and a space - far quicker than reaching to tap two different keys to end a sentence.
It's little things like this that seem to accelerate overall iPad productivity - it's about education and developing the muscle-memory to utilize these features without thinking. And I've found some ways to help iPad users develop this muscle-memory faster.

BTW - we love Appolicious over here at iPadCTO - great articles, excellent resource.

Cool! Thanks for sharing. As for me I like Dragon Dictation most. I really hate to type on a small touch keypad. I've found several programs already which recognize voice at shared files SE http://filecraft.com but they made mistakes. I'll try this app. Thanks!
I can never get Dragon Dictation to work reliably, and I do have a reasonably straight British accent.

Siri on iPhone4S works much better than Dragon did for me. Big improvement!
I use it to dictate my emails all the time, its not 100%, but its still better than typing everything.

Could be very useful in small business to be able to web clip on your iPad to your Evernote account. Check out MemClip.com, which is an iPad only web clipping app that clips right to Evernote. It also jumps back and forth from Safari fairly easily, so that you can still use Safari as your main browser. It was just added to Evernote Trunk, is currently #79 for iPad productivity apps, and is climbing the charts quickly. Web clipping is alive and well on the iPad!

Whether you are an app developer supporting a series of apps, or anyone else with a product, service, or website where you often answer the same questions from your customers, members or pupils then "FAQ" is the app you need to take the pain out of customer support, and we'd love to see it on this list.
Developed by to handle our popular "MailShot Pro" group email app, it stores all the answers, information and diagrams you might need. You simply select all the bits you want to use in your reply and it combines them into a response for you. You can answer many of the emails you most often receive in a few taps, it is an ideal way to continue to give a responsive service when you are away from your desk.

Hello,
Fantastic list! i love testing new business/ productivity apps!
For the iPad, I'd like to recommend as professional note taking/ToDo/Project management application "Beesy". A month ago, i discovered this app and now I often use it for my meetings.
With Beesy , you can find many features to accomodate tasks, generate automatically a ToDo list from your notes, make monitoring and send easily minutes by email. This app is great; you save a lot of time at work, and you start appreciating meeting again.
If you are interested in Beesy you can google it or go the application's website for detailed information http://www.beesapps.com/beesy-ipad-to-do/
Kind regards
I think useful software like CardFila.com is very helpful for entrepreneur. It keeps business contacts safe forever. When he needs to find the contact, just search on Iphone or Android Phone
I recommend NotesDeck for notes!!! My notes show up on all my devices instantly (iPad, Mac and iPhone). NotesDeck syncs with Evernote and Dropbox so all my old notes from other apps are already in it.
It's much cleaner than that yellow Notes app. Much more professional. ---> http://www.notesdeck.com
