SketchBook Pro for iPad This app packs a powerful punch and you're given a tools that can produce pretty amazing results. Granted, your thumb may seem like the jolly giant on your phone's screen, but patience can go a long way with SketchBook Pro.

Brushes - iPhone Edition This app is a well known and well referenced drawing app and there's no question why. The layout for choosing your brush is the clearest I've witnessed; it gives a live preview of what your strokes will look like taking out a lot of the guesswork that usually goes into these drawing apps. A doodler's must have app!

Sketch Club Some of the brushes in this app bring me back to the days of MS paint and though this can be a powerful doodling app, some of the brushes such as "grass" and "fur" make you want to draw stick figures in a park or mustaches on photos that you can import. A fun app nonetheless!
