Sleep Cycle alarm clock A friend suggested I try this app to help me with my early wakeups and it's awesome! Basically, you set the phone near you, tell it when you need to wake up and it finds the lightest time in your sleep cycle to wake you up, hopefully creating an easier time of getting out of bed. It also tracks your sleep.
