lydia2 says: Crossfit is not for the faint of heart. I recently tried it and it was the hardest workout I've ever done. It's a lifestyle. Use these apps to keep up the good work, or if you are a beginner trying to stick with it.
lydia2's picks
  1. Offsite WOD
Offsite WOD Can't make it to you regular Crossfit class? No worries, you can still do your workout of the day. My favorite feature of this app is that it has video of the exercises, so you can make sure you are doing them properly. Highly Recommend!
  2. XF Diary
XF Diary Access your workout diary online via your iphone. In Crossfit, there is no better motivation than tracking your daily progress! It's very easy to set-up and most gyms have an RSS feed. No more sweaty notebooks!
  3. iCross WoD Free
iCross WoD Free This app is straight forward. It lists the workout of the day. It's not my favorite, but if you are looking for something simpler than Offsite WOD, then you've found it.
