OptOK Great acuity test (with tumbling Es for paediatric tests) with a shake to refresh that always makes the patients smile. Also includes a useful nystagmus test for neurological exam.
MedCalc (medical calculator) Very handy calculator with a lot of useful day to day equations.
Fast Acuity My previous favourite snellen chart - has a few problems but served me well.
Things The best todo list I've seen.
